I have worked in the legal industry for more than 30 years and have been a Licensed Conveyancer since 2008. During that time, I have gained extensive experience across a broad range of property transactions, from straightforward residential sales and purchases through to rural, strata, off-the-plan and more complex property matters.

My experience in the legal industry spans more than three decades, with a particular focus on conveyancing and property transactions.

Since becoming a Licensed Conveyancer in 2008, I have acted in a wide variety of property matters and have developed a practical understanding of the issues that can arise during a transaction — and the importance of identifying and addressing those issues as early as possible.

That experience enables me to look beyond simply processing documents and focus on keeping each transaction moving while protecting my clients' interests throughout the process.
Cherelyn Chapman Conveyancing is based in Bathurst and assists clients throughout the Central West and across New South Wales.

While technology now allows much of the conveyancing process to be completed electronically, I believe accessibility and personal communication remains important.
